This will simplify the understanding of what is discussed in the description below.

DIUS4 software does not work from the archive, you need to unzip the archive on the computer that will be used for DIUS4.

VERY IMPORTANT! User registration must be done on the computer that will be used to work with DIUS 4!!!

DIUS 4 is designed to operate only on a single computer!

Registration instructions are in the archive. Before starting registration, it is strongly recommended that you read the instructions.

DIUS4 is a replacement for the previous version of DIUS Flasher 3.

The software DIUS4 is designed to perform firmware replacement in ECMs BOSCH ME17.8.5 and SIEMENS VDO MSE3.7 which are used on BRP vehicles.

DIUS4 works through the diagnostic adapter connected to the vehicle diagnostic socket.

The following types of diagnostic adapters are currently supported:

  • USB-to-CAN Compact
  • USB-to-CAN V2
  • MPI-2
  • MPI-3
  • ZLG

Increased firmware replacement speed  ECU/ECM.

  • Using the MPI-3 Interface, reprogramming the Siemens ECM takes about 1 minute, while the ECM BOSCH takes about 3-4 minutes.
  • Firmware are divided into containers, which simplifies the classification.
    Simplified the search for the necessary firmware for the connected vehicle
  • Firmwares in containers can be sorted by the user according to several criteria.
    Added ability to change the Hardware Number of the ECM Bosch. ECMs with numbers HW 666060, 666061 and 666062 are interchangeable. 
  • In addition, into any of the above ECMs, you can also upload firmware designed for ECMs with numbers HW 666063 and 666064. 
  • In such cases, diagnostic software (such BUDS and other) will incorrectly determine the number HW = 000000. This does not affect the operation of vehicles.

The firmware counter values ​​may be as follows:

  • “0” – lack of paid firmware.
  • “1,2,3 …” – the number of paid firmware.
  • “-1” – unlimited (used for Repair, Tuner and Unlimited licenses).

Types of licenses DIUS Flasher 4.0

 

The STANDARD stock  license   is intended  for restore/reflash the ECM by stock firmware.

  • The new user automatically receives The counters of all available firmware are set to “0”.
  • Paid firmware (or containers with firmware) will be added to your account by your dealer (administrator) after receiving a payment confirmation.
  • After registration, the user can familiarize themselves with the DIUS4 program, view the lists of available firmware, connect the vehicle to obtain information about it.
  • The current lists of available firmware you can see in DIUS4 or in additional tabs, near the tab with description.

The STANDARD tuner  license   is intended  for reflash the ECM by tuning firmware.

  • The new user automatically receives The counters of all available firmware, are set to “0”.
  • Paid firmware (or containers with firmware) will be added to your account by your dealer (administrator) after receiving a payment confirmation.
  • After registration, the user can familiarize themselves with the DIUS4 interface, view the lists of available firmware, connect the vehicle to obtain information about it.
  • The current lists of available firmware you can see in DIUS4 or in additional tabs, near the tab with description.

The REPAIR license gives unlimited access to all stock firmware that are in the BRP DIUS Flasher 4.0 STOCK container (the counters of all stock firmware are set to “-1”).

  • The user has the ability to adjust the parameters of the vehicle modules.
  • The current lists of available firmware you can see in DIUS4 or in additional tabs, near the tab with REPAIR license description.
  • A DIUS4 user with a REPAIR license can buy any tuning firmware from any containers presented in DIUS4 database.
  • Free updates.

REPAIR license has a sub-licenses, with a less access to BRP DIUS Flasher 4.0 STOCK container:

• Repair SeaDoo – unlimited access only to the SeaDoo stock firmware.

• Repair Skidoo – unlimited access only to Skidoo stock firmware.

• Repair ATV Can-Am – unlimited access only to stock ATV Can-Am firmware. 

• Repair SSV Can-Am – unlimited access only to stock SSV Can-Am firmware.

• Repair Roadster Can-Am – unlimited access only to the stock firmware Roadster Can-Am.

• Repair Can-Am – unlimited access only to the stock firmware for all Can-Am (ATV, SSV, Roadster).

  • Free updates.

The UNLIMITED license gives unlimited access to all stock and tuning firmware that are in the BRP DIUS Flasher 4.0 STOCK and BRP DIUS Flasher 4.0 Tunes containers. All firmware counters are set to “-1” unlimited.

  • The user can adjust the parameters of the vehicle modules and can create his own container into which he can add his own firmware.
  • User can buy any tuning firmware from *other containers represented in DIUS4 database.
  • Free updates.
